Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office and field team
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments, as needed
- Liaison between office and field personnel
- Basic QuickBooks knowledge
- Providing excellent customer service
- Strong working knowledge in Google applications, ability to easily learn new software/programs and technology
- Setting up appointments, scheduling, returning phone calls
- Collections and follow ups, creating invoices and check requests in QuickBooks
- Job file management
- Overall office support as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Participate in 1 week a month On Call rotation
- Job Type: Full-time
- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Do you have prior experience in the restoration/construction industry?
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Restoration/Construction: 2 years (required)
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Must have working knowledge in Google Mail, Docs, Chat
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
